The 8th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha
Mainali
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:

1. SEBS Annual General Meeting
It was decided to held the 32th AGM on August 16 at Nirvana Wellness Center at 1 pm. All the SEBS members are invited to attend the AGM.

2. T-shirt printing
SEBS has decided to to print another 300 pieces of SEBS t-shirt in consideration to request from various members. It has been decided to print the T-shirt in 3 colours Black, White and Blue.

3. I.P. Memorial art competition
Details of 10th I.P Memorial Art Competition was discussed. The program is going to be held in the premise of Budhanilkantha School on 2nd August 2014. Rajesh Nepali will be coordinating the program.

4. Financial report
SEBS treasurer was instructed to prepare a brief financial report to be presented in SEBS AGM.
