    Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students
    11th minute meeting Executive committee:
    Venue:-SEBS office, Putalisadak
    Time:- 1:00pm to 3:00pm

    The meeting was held under chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha Mainali. Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:-
    1. Kushal Pandey resigned as the Treasurer and Kaushal Raj Sapkota is appointed as the new Treasurer. Signatory change has to be done and office secretary Goma will be doing the necessary paperwork.

    2. Discussion was held on how to recruit more active members for SEBS
    a. Decision made to recruit recent graduates as interns in SEBS, who are then likely to join as Ex Com.
    b. Discussion held on conducting mentorship program for recent graduates to attract young graduates for SEBS

    3. SEBS is conducting a fundraising program by organizing charity show for Nepali movie "Zhigrana", directed by Pasang Lama(863B) on March 8th. Total of 543 tickets are available and SEBS is expected to raise Rs. 1 lakh

    4. 2nd TPS Networking Event was held on January 30 where 46 SEBSers participated. Rs. 7,500 was raised for SEBS.
    a. Next event to be held on March 27th to be held tentatively at Venue, Panipokhari owned by Ujwal Shrestha

    5. SEBS is waiting for budget estimation from school to begin fundraising work for the tennis court

    a. A MOU needs to be signed between SEBS and BNKS which states that school will take responsible of construction and SEBS will raise funds
    b. Maintenance should be school's responsibility
    6. School has asked for time until Chaitra to start with dhara project as the dining hall is undergoing expansion(school is increasing number of girls asmission by 40 in number from coming academic year).

    7. NSP Status - Sharad (NSP Coordinator) is in talk with Sano Paila and Bloom Nepal on providing scholarship to students they are supporting.
    a. Bloom Nepal stated that their tuition fees are around Rs. 2,000 per month and hostel fees are around Rs. 7,500 per month
    b. SEBS-NSP will provide full tuition scholarship to two students for upto 10th grade
    c. Bloom will screen students and SEBS-NSP will give final approval
    d. SEBS-NSP collects approximately Rs. 210,000 every year in interest earning from the endowment fund
    e. Some funds need to be separated for incentive for NSP Coordinator. Rs. 1 lakh will be transferred to BBC so that the interest can pay incentive to NSP Coordinator. SEBS President will talk to BBC to provide maximum interest from this fund.
