    Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students Executive Committee 2013-2015
    Minute 12
    Date: April 4th 2015 Saturday
    Venue: SEBS office Time: 01:00 pm to 02:30 pm
    The12th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha Mainali

    Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:
    1. Funds to flood victims
    SEBS had collected a small fund, the funds collected was only to be used for educational purpose. SEBS had given the responsibility to the Nepal Army to educate three orpan flood victims. According to the bills and letters they have provided to the ex-com SEBS has cleared the bill of Rs.36,813 to the Nepal Army.
    2. Financial update
    The total sum collected from last Ten-Past-Six (TPS) and recent TPS was Rs.7500 and 5000 accordingly. As SEBS has been providing the space to the Himalayan Family Health Care project. SEBS will be receiving Rs 1,50,000 from HFHCP.
    3. SEBS calenderfor
    SEBS is going to publish a calender for the year 2072 which will be including all the SEBS activities. The activities to be included in the calender are yet to be fixed. The picture for the calender has already been taken and selected. SEBS tresurer Mr. Kaushal Raj Sapkota (041C) is actively working to complete the calender with in 2nd-3rd week of Baisak.
    4. Event Organized
    Ten-Past-Six was organized at Pokhara on March 20,2015. A total of 17 SEBSers were present.


    5. Coming Events
    SEBS has planned to organize football matches at Budhanilkantha School throughout the year. The football matches will be co-ordinated by Kaushal Raj Sapkota (041C). SEBS has also deicded to organize a Dental Health check-up at Budhanilkantha School on July 4th 2015, which will be co-ordinated by the SEBS president Dr.Sneedha Mainali (136 C). Binod Memorial Dance competition will be co-ordinated by Biswas Chepang (125 D). The date is yet to be fixed.
    6. Funds is being collected by the 1st batch as a support to SEBS for the operational cost coverage.
    7. NSP updates
    NSP has been working actively with 2 institution (Bloom Nepal and Sano Paila) and 2 individuals. The acting NSP team is also putting efforts in proper co-ordination of the NSP program.
