    April 8, 2002
    Dear Mr. Kiran Sitoula,

On behalf of the organizing DC 2002 Convention Committee, I would like to request the participation of the Society of Ex Budhanilkantha Students -North America (SEBS-NA) to the Association of Nepalis in Americas’ Convention at the Westfields Marriott, Chantilly, Virginia, from July 4-7. The organizing committee has proposed to schedule the 3rd SEBS-NA reunion during the late afternoon of July 5.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank SEBS–NA for contributing to the success of past ANA Conventions and also to seek reinvigorated support for the upcoming convention. In addition, we applaud your efforts in sending books to Nepal and for proposing to collect additional educational material during the convention, to be sent to Nepal. Your request to disseminate the information to ANA members for the collection will be made on behalf of SEBS.

On a personal note, I would like to extend special thanks to the Executive Committee of SEBS-NA for its tireless efforts in augmenting the quality of support in the promotion of Nepali not-for-profit organizations.

Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss this further or future efforts made on behalf of SEBS.

    Sincerely,

    Simon Dhungana
    Convener
