Executive Committee Meeting – SEBS Annual General Meeting Formation Election Commission and work division

The executive committee meeting on August 08, 2015 made following decisions regarding SEBS Annual General Meeting to be held on August 15, 2015 in Budhanilkantha School.Endorsed by 6 executive committee members following decisions were taken in the meeting:

? For the purpose of the election of new executive committee, a 4 member Election Commission was formed. The commission comprises of the following members:
1. Bishan Wagle (900B)
2. Gyanendra Raj Pandey (900A)
3. LaxmanUdas Pandey (300B)
4. Rajandai (as Web Manager)
? For the purpose of the AGM following Ex-Com members are tasked with following responsibilities:
1. Kaushal Sapkota (Treasurer) – Annual Financial Report of SEBS’s income and expenditure and details of donations received for Earthquake Relief and expenditure thus incurred for the same.
2. SneedhaMainali (President) –Presentation on highlights of SEBS’s activities over the year and special presentation on earthquake relief activities.
3. SumanMandal (Vice-President) – Designing certificates for volunteers of the Earthquake Relief and follow up of acknowledgement of the donors
4. Sharad KC (Ex-Com Member) – Sending invitation to the Guests
? AshmitaAdhikari’s (SEBSer and Ex-Com member) request for a loan of Rs. 30,000 (Thirty thousand rupees) was endorsed which she pledges to pay back in 5 months.

The SEBS Executive Committee hereby endorses the decisions taken in the meeting of August 08, 2015 held at SEBS Office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu.
