As per SEBS Executive Committee Meeting of February 21, 2018, SEBS ExComm has decided to form a Five Member Past Presidents Committee to select a new Board of Trustees representative from SEBS for Budhanilkantha School.
The following members were selected to serve in the SEBS Past Presidents Committee which will select the new BOT Representative for SEBS.

1. Tejsu Malla 248C, President 2012-2013
2. Gyanendra Raj Pandey 937A, President 1999-2000
3. Hitesh Karki 438B, President 2005-2006
4. Mangesh Thapa 733A, President 1988-1989
5. Kosmos Bishwokarma 468A, President 1997-1999

SEBS President, Vidhan Rana, will serve as the Member Secretary of the Committee and assist the Committee in the selection process of the new BOT representative.
SEBS Executive Committee has set the following criteria as for the selection of the new BOT representative that the SEBS Past Presidents Committee shall follow:

1. Should have served at least one year term in SEBS Executive Committee or the Executive Committee of its sister organizations.
2. Should be of minimum 35 years of age.
3. Should have completed at least Bachelors degree or equivalent in educational attainment.
4. Should not be serving in the current Executive Committee of SEBS.
5. Should be currently residing in Nepal.

Process for the selection of the new BOT representative:

? Anyone fulfilling the criteria set forth above and interested to serve as the BOT representative shall send an interest letter and CV to SEBS President / Member Secretary via email to Vidhan@biruwa.net by March 26, 2018. o The interest letter should highlight the candidate’s contribution towards Budhanilkantha School and SEBS. ? The Past Presidents Committee shall hold a meeting within one week of the application deadline to shortlist the candidates. ? The Past Presidents Committee should make their final recommendation to SEBS Executive Committee by April 9, 2018. ? SEBS Executive Committee shall make its decision within April 16, 2018.

Remarks:
Until the SEBS Past Presidents Committee makes its recommendation and is approved the SEBS Executive Committee, SEBS President, Vidhan Rana, shall serve as the interim BOT representative of SEBS in the BOT.

SEBS Executive Committee will have the authority to approve or reject the recommendations made by the Past Presidents Committee.
