Dear SEBS-NA members,
The executive committee meeting of SEBS-NA (2017-2019) held on Sunday, August 4, 2019 decided the following with respect to the election of the SEBS-NA Executive Members (2019-2021):
1. Formation of the independent Election Committee under the leadership of Mr. Sushil Raj Sharma, KY.
2. All existing members and new members who register as SEBS-NA members until August 19, 2019 are eligible to vote.
3. Election committee to announce the date to file candidacy and the eligibility requirements for voters and Executive committee applicants by August 11, 2019.
4. Online voting on sebsonline.org site will open on August 23, 2019 and close on August 26, 2019.
5. SEBS-NA Executive team for the year 2019-2021 will be formally announce on or before September 3, 2019.

Important note:
Accepted form of identification to become SEBS-NA member includes Name, Roll number at BNKS along with batch (A,B,C or D), and proof of current or past residency in North America.
Proof of residency in North America may include the following:
i. An email to SEBS-NA from your work or college email address located in North America
ii. A letter/email from alumni officer validating you as a SEBSer residing in North America
iii. A letter/email from Budhanilkantha School, signed by an appropriate authority, validating you as a SEBSer residing in North America
iv. A recent utility bill in your name with valid address in North America
v. A letter/email from batch representative validating you as a SEBSer residing in North America
iv. A copy of valid Government issued ID with your name valid address in North America
