SEBS-NA President

Even after the extension of the deadline for the SEBS-NA election, we have received only one nomination for the post of executive member and none for other positions as advertised in the official website sebsonline.org under the title "Call for the nominations of The Board of Directors and Officers Term 2019-2021, SEBS-NA" on August 11, 2019.

Due to the lack of nominations for the formation of the 2019-2021 SEBS-NA Executive Committee, the election committee has the following recommendations:

1. The current Executive Committee should nominate someone as the president from the existing committee or from SEBS-NA's eligible members and support him/her to form a new Executive Committee.

2. The current Executive Committee should govern SEBS-NA until new committee is formed.

If the recommendation above cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, then the current Executive Committee should take responsibility for the next term.

We are very thankful for the opportunity to serve as this year's election committee. We kindly request that the election committee be dissolved as it has completed its duty as requested by the SEBS -NA.
